By using the services provided by GoTransfera VIP Transfer Services, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms govern the legal relationship between GoTransfera and the customer and are subject to Turkish Law.
1. General Provisions
GoTransfera VIP Transfer Services ('GoTransfera') provides professional VIP transfer services based in Antalya. By using our services, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
2. Booking & Service
• Bookings are accepted via WhatsApp (+90 544 866 07 54).
• A booking is valid only after confirmation from our side.
• Correct provision of pickup location, drop-off location, date, time and passenger count is the customer's responsibility.
• Flight number must be provided for airport transfer bookings.
3. Pricing & Payment
• Transfer fares are fixed and communicated in advance based on route and vehicle type.
• No additional charges are applied during the journey.
• Payment is accepted in cash and by bank transfer.
• Additional services (child seat, night tariff, etc.) must be requested at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• More than 24 hours before transfer: Free cancellation
• 12-24 hours before transfer: 50% cancellation fee
• Within 12 hours of transfer: Full booking fee charged
• No-show: Full fare applies
• Cancellation requests must be submitted via WhatsApp (+90 544 866 07 54).
5. Driver & Vehicle
• Our drivers are licensed and insured.
• For flight transfers, our driver monitors your flight; no additional waiting fee is charged.
• Vehicles are cleaned and technically inspected before each journey.
• GoTransfera reserves the right to provide an equivalent or higher-class vehicle in case of necessity.
6. Customer Responsibilities
• The customer is obliged to be ready at the specified date and time.
• Damages caused inside the vehicle are the customer's responsibility.
• Carrying illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
• Passengers under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service.
7. Luggage & Pets
• A reasonable amount of luggage is included in the service.
• Oversized or heavy loads must be declared at the time of booking.
• Transporting pets must be declared at booking; GoTransfera reserves the right to accept or refuse.
8. Limitation of Liability
GoTransfera is not liable for delays or damages caused by traffic accidents, natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes or other force majeure events. Our vehicles are covered by compulsory third-party liability insurance.
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
All disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved before Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices under Turkish Law.
10. Right to Amend
GoTransfera reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Current terms are published on the website.
